How do I determine my correct suit size?
We recommend referring to our comprehensive Size Guide located on each product page. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up, as it is much easier for a tailor to take a suit in than to let it out.
Do you offer in-house tailoring for online orders?
Currently, our professional tailoring services are exclusive to our physical showroom locations. For online orders, we ship suits with unfinished hems to allow you to achieve a custom fit with your local tailor.
What is your return policy for formal wear?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that customized or tailored items are final sale.
How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your attire for a specific event date.
Are the colors on the website accurate?
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible; however, due to different monitor settings and lighting conditions, the actual color of the fabric may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
